Fram til april 2016 kunne uteksaminerte ELTE-studenter s\u00f8ke om autorisasjon til \u00e5 praktisere som psykolog i Norge dersom de bygde p\u00e5 utdanningen med ett \u00e5rs praksis med veileder. Etter at ordningen hadde vart i 13 \u00e5r, stanset norske myndigheter den uten forvarsel. Dette rammet 66 uteksaminerte ELTE-kandidater samt en rekke personer som fortsatt studerte.<\/p>\n\n
\u00abNorske studenter har investert b\u00e5de tid og penger p\u00e5 \u00e5 studere i utlandet, og de har gjort det i god tro p\u00e5 bakgrunn av langvarig praksis. E\u00d8S-reglene er laget for \u00e5 beskytte studentenes rettigheter og gi dem forutsigbarhet\u00bb, sier Angell-Hansen.<\/p>\n\n

ESA har mottatt klager fra flere psykologi-kandidater som har fått avslag på søknaden i Norge om å få godkjent en mastergrad i klinisk helsepsykologi fra ELTE-universitetet i Ungarn.
«ESA anser Norges nye fremgangsmåte som et brudd på EØS-reglene som innskrenker studentenes rettigheter», sier ESA-president Bente Angell-Hansen.
